A snafu with a credit card that was paying my Anytime Fitness membership caused my membership to lapse and rather than call me about it, they handed the account over to Kingston Data and Credit. The agent there, Carrie Angus, bent over backwards trying to get me a settlement, tried to get Anytime to come to the table at all, but nothing worked. We worked out a payment plan I could live with for me to clear the claim, and she made sure I was informed about the process going forward. I have *never* had a kind word to say about a collection agency (for good reasons), but Kingston really did go above and beyond, and particularly Carrie Angus' work was top notch.
