This place is a complete waste of time. You get approved online for the loan so you go to the store to get the money and they make you sit there for over an hour well they go through all you stuff that you already submitted online and were approved for. Then after an hour of sitting there tell you they can't help you. So they wasted an hour of my time I could have been at a different store that would have actually lent me the money now they are closed. Thank you very much.

Worst experience ever. I was approved online for the loan. I called to make sure of what I needed to get the loan. Once I had what I needed I went to their location in sarnia. After signing everything. They asked for 3 references from family. I don't have any family in this province. I gave them multiple references an they told me my nieces number was the wrong number. My niece was outside in the car. She then told me my mother's cell number was wrong. Yet neither my mom or niece received a call. After asking a third time to retry the numbers the manager came out said I was yelling.... ( so sorry for my fustration ) and told me they would not help me. Due to too many wrong numbers. They do not show online or tell you on the phone that you need 3 references from family.. They got thru to 2 of my references said only one counted cuz they answered So don't rely on these ppl to help you cuz even if ur approved online an they say over the phone yes you will get the loan. An then cuz of their own default. Such petty bs.

Prejudiced against native american people. My skin is fair and im only half-blooded but once they saw my indian status card in my wallet all forms of customer service went out the window and was replaced with scolding looks and negative comments. Glad i decided not to do business with this company. Unfair that because of a predisposed race factor that i had zero choice in being, i was discriminated against and treated poorly.
