It came time for us to renew our mortgage so we wanted to change who we were currently using and try somebody new. After we had tried a couple different places for which we had been "turned down" we had decided to take one last "kick at the can" before settling with our current lender and reached out to Tony Bush from Dominion Lending Centers. Let me just say it was the best decision making we've ever made concerning our mortgage. Right from the 'get go' Tony's willingness to go above and beyond to meet our needs was unparalleled. It didn't take long to realize we were in good hands with a competent, thorough agent that not only had the inate ability to put our minds at ease, but the stress and anxiety we had experienced elsewhere was non existent once we were dealing with Tony. From his always availability to drop off documents, or pick up documents right from our house to accepting phone calls and returning calls promptly, to walking us through the process to get a complete understanding of what we were doing, he always kept us apprised of just where we were. We not only just met a broker, but gained a friend too as well. So glad to have found you Tony, as it reaffirms something I read awhile ago...."don't ever accept 'no' for an answer, especially from someone who was never in a position to say 'yes' in the first place" . I know in two years time when we need to revisit this process again, my fears, anxiety and apprehension will all be behind me, as we'll once again have Tony 'in our corner'!!
