What do we not like? - just about everything. After several years of being misled we were informed several months ago that Our advisor, Mr. Richardson, who was the founder of Richardson, Richardson-Barton, Richardson-McKenna etc. Group was retiring in November. Communication had for the last few years been hard to come by. Even with the recent market downturn in March not a peep other than their robo-generated "Here's what we're thinking" This became somewhat frustrating. So when we heard that Mr Richardson was retiring we tried to have a meeting with him and the new guard; it turned into a fiasco with requests for information on our investments either being ignored or answerred with totally useless auto-generated data. So as that was not being responded to we spoke with Mr. McKenna and he didn't like my tone. Said we could take our business elsewhere. We did. Now much happier with Edward Jones in Sydney NS
