No surprise this is the worst bank customer service in Canada, I never been more insulted as a customer like, when I was dealing with Scotiabank staff. Unprofessional insulting and with attitude on top. My worst experience ever, I can't stress this enough avoid Scotiabank.

Une très belle fausse représentation pour attirer des gens pour rien à la Banque Scotia, alors qu’ils ont besoin d’aller chez Western Union directement. Même pas là décence de l’expliquer sur Google ou de s’excuser en succursale auprès d’une personne qui se déplace pour rien en perdant 2h de sa journée. On l’apprend uniquement sur place après avoir attendu 15 minutes en fil d’attente, le tout par une préposée désagréable parce qu’elle doit sans doute le répéter 50 fois par jour!!! Honte à Banque Scotia.
