Alberta Mortgage Funding to the rescue. I want to thank the staff for helping us maintain and keep our home when all others failed. This place advertise no upfront fees and no lender fees, but they are trying to charge me a ridiculous $11990 worth of brokerage fees into my loan from home equity loan / mortgage! False advertisement and false promise!

False promise! False advertisement! Want to charge $18000 upfront brokerage fees for a $220000 mortgage plus $350 renewal fees each year for 30 years and the interest rate is a whopping 8%! The assistant told me she will match or beat other quotes, but it is a false advertisement also! These people will rob you for your money and waste your time! Beware and stay away!

due to my own fault loan issues in approval for amount never went through 2 times, after extensive amount of time William spent , with the best effort and patience i have ever experienced it took a 3rd attempt , again due to my own fault of not being eligible for the amount needed, that said william was an utmost pro in dealing with a file that most likely was going to cost him time and money, yet he persisted with great effort and diligence in order to get me approved which he did end up succeeding , i would been providing a moral dis service if i did not let people know that AMF will do what ever mgt takes to get u approved in record time were talking hours of conversation i received contract via email which was in the most convenient format allowing e signature , by using ur finger to sign contract on your smart phone AMF thank VERY much tip of the hat to William , he is the man
