We made the switch from RBC to Conexus to take advantage of the no fee accounts. Only thing I am mad about is that we waited so long to make the move!! The only call we had from Conexus was two weeks after we opened our accounts, I thought that it would be a sales call based on my long experience with RBC. I was wrong, the account manager/person who signed us up, was calling to see if we had any questions or comments about Conexus. It was really refreshing.

StereoTypes Indians and natives, didnt feel any welcome besides getting the feeling of being judged stared at and no communication whatsoever but really just getting that feeling. sad that the conexus bank by milky way closed down they were better then this branch.. either way i dont think ill be returning but going to maybe a different conexus or switching banks.

I have banked at this branch for a long time, both personal and business. For the most part it is a good financial institution to deal with, however, on several occasions the bank tellers have inappropriately asked me what i planned on spending the money in my account(s) on which causes some concern regarding the privacy and confidentiality of my accounts. The same thing happened to my son upon making a cash withdrawal from Conexus, making me wonder if it's a case of nosey tellers or some type of odd policy. I have submitted an email of concern and expect to receive a response shortly.

This was a good bank, but in the last several years they have become like much like the bigger banks but with less resources for loans. Their mobile app and technology are not up to par with the other big banks and after they brought their MasterCard in house it is no longer worth the yearly fee for the benefits you get compared to other banks, and no reward for for retaining loyal customers. Their staff is friendly, but friendless only goes so far when you don't have the big bank resources for big ticket items. In response: I was told the products and services and the one I choose and was lead to believe with my finances (which is ample with < 20k debt, minimal monthly expenses and nearly perfect credit score) this shouldn't be an issue, but for this bank (like mortgages) it is. Answer: Plain and simple, you cannot compete and have the financial resources that major banks have and/or you have a flawed loan evaluation process. Frankly I compared you rates offered as well, and the other banks were slightly lower anyways, so you have nothing to offer that interests me. So the one star stays and after banking so many years there I stand by my observation over the years and no reward for loyalty here so why no go to a major bank?
