Happy dealing with Concentra Trust. Staff is well-qualified, open and transparent. Fees are reasonable. Even if you don't wish to establish a trust, but rather only need a reliable executor of your Will, I'd recommend Concentra Trust.

If I could give these guys 0 stars, I would. I have requested an updated statement for my daughters RESP for the past 4 weeks and I still do not have it. Every time I call, I get a different story, different information. Apparently it takes 2 weeks to update an address? Servus seems to think Concentra creates and manages the statements but Concentra says its Servus. They do not know what they are doing and the customer service is terrible. A lady named Robin still hasn’t called me back, that was over 2 weeks ago. These guys are useless and I can’t wait until the RESP is transferred to a bank and investment company that actually knows what they’re doing with a very simple and straightforward request.
