I'm only giving 2 stars because the tellers are generally pleasant. It would be 1 star based on the senior person I dealt with when opening an account. He clearly looked down his nose at me and failed to do several things requested of him, although he said he would. He made mistakes and tried to blame me. He used his personal life as excuses for not doing his job 100%. He was overall quite unprofessional. I'm in the process of changing banks.

Multiple times on the weekends the ATM machine is always out of service. My bank card doesn't work at some storys too. Time to change banks

Service is terrible. Bank accounts are over priced. Pointless charges to the account for no reason. Spent more time trying to get money back then they are worth. The only thing they are good for is taking your money.

Edited* Ataining the same professional service offered by a large bank has been an ongoing struggle. I have been with this institution for seven years now and will doubtfully make it to eight years. The staff is generally pleasant but the policies have changed for the worse in the past few years and that is unacceptable. I will definitely go back to a bank. I received a call from Ashton who was incredibly helpful. My concerns were addressed as best they could be. This institution does have a small town/personal feel if that is what you are looking for.

I cant say enough about the great personal experience of dealing with this Credit Union. All staff I have encountered from reception to management have been friendly, professional and genuine. Being a smaller institution they go out of their way to provide a high level of service all with a smile. If you're tired of feeling like another number at your bank I'd recommend Spruce Credit Union in a heartbeat
