They are ALWAYS super helpful and so pleasant whenever my wife and I are there. They always ensure to make it a safe and respectable space for everyone. If there is something they they can not help you with, they have the resources to give you so you can get the answers elsewhere.

A wonderful place that is in the heart of the community and has helped, and continues to help, dozens of people and families each and every day and hundreds each and every month. Whether it be with food supplies from their food bank, hot meals in their cafeteria, or just access to the most basic necessities like use of a phone or computer to browse the internet for apartments or job listings. Have something you need to fax? They will help you with that. Need help with a utility disconnection? They can help you with that as well, as long as you haven't already used this service within a certain time frame... but they will help you contact the right places/people to work out a payment plan for you. If there are any other issues you need assistance with, they will help you with those as well, if its not something their organization deals with directly, they will provide you with all of the information you need to get you squared away in no time! Staff is always bright amd friendly and ready to help you in any way that they can, even if its something as simple as making a copy for you. They genuinely want to help you and your family out in any way that they can :)

This place is amazing. Once had my power shut off because I was behind on a bill by something ridiculous like 20 bucks. No warning. They just shut it off. It was nearing the end of the month so I had no money to pay it & get my power back on. Went to the Hope Center & they had our power back on within an hour! They have counseling services, free lunch & a food bank. Very friendly staff. Clean facility. If you're in need of help, The Hope Center IS THE place to go. The only issue I have have is that the bathrooms aren't very well kept frequently. The faucets are automated & the water is literally freezing which makes it both difficult to wash your hands because it's too cold to keep your hands in the water & you can't clean (sanitize) them properly since it is freezing cold water! The hand driers don't work properly either. They turn on for not even 10 seconds before turning off again!! I have brought this issue to the attention of the front desk & they brushed me off. The problem is still there MONTHS later! So now they will go through more toilet paper since I will have to use it to dry my hands.

I called the hope centre just before I walked there and the girl on the phone said I can come grab to go meals for me my husband and my son who was with me and when I got there they said my husband had to come in order to get a meal well he has spinal issues and cannot walk far I don't like how I was lied to and they give us 2 pieces of bread 2 granola bars and 2 containers of cold stew

When life has knocked you down The Hope Center helps to pick you up, dust yourself off and get back in the game. They have a food bank, soup kitchen and go so far as to assist those in the community facing disconnection of their utilities.
