This is the only food bank I've seen or heard of that allows you to PICK what you need. It runs on a point system, and you use your allotted points to "pay" for chosen items. Every person I've met (staff/ volunteers) are extremely kind, generous, and inviting. They make you feel at ease during visits that may be nerve racking to some.

A non for profit food bank and discount stores for clothing etc. Staff are all volunteer and very friendly and helpful. A leading agency in town.

Extraordinarily kind and generous people. Very well organized. Have on rare occasion encountered an angry or judgemental volunteer - the organization seems to know who they are. Kindness and warmth of the majority more than make up for the behaviour of the few. Would have given them a 5 but location has 3 flights of stairs in and out and is therefore not accesible to persons with walkers or other mobility challenges, many of whom being disadvantaged more than most could really use the support of a food bank and the kindness of people like these. Accessibility is a common problem with resources for people of low income in PTBO. Perhaps funding for a lift could be raised or applied for?

The staff is very ignorant and think they are better then the people that come for help. Some of the staff they have are very polite and understanding. Had a incedent today where one of the staff members yelled at my niece
