I imagine those like myself whom have needed the helping hand, going to a place to borrow money in hardships can be intimating, overwhelming, and honestly embarrassing at times. It's hard to admit when we need the help, when we can't overcome our hardships alone. I personally recommend going here if you ever need a helping hand as all the staff are very sweet and personable and overall will be very understanding and talk you through the process.

DESPITE being denied an instalment loan, I would say this location is pretty amazing. I've done pay-day loans with them before, and find the employees I have spoken to when I need to be there are pretty amazing, friendly, and very enjoyable to talk to during a sometimes bland, annoying process. I walked out pretty happy with the results anyways simply because David, who was in this evening –– truly nice guy.

Dave should not be employed by the company. He is very shady and lies about qualifications and will try and do a credit check with out your permission for loan qualifications every two weeks. He will then call you and tell you you qualify for a loan and ask you to come in, where he will say that you have to get a payday loan first to qualify, than come in the next day and get the loan. Where he will than call you and tell you to keep the payday loan. I would not be surprised if he is trying to scam and rip customers off. Keep a close eye out for Dave when here. If you are worried about COVID do not come here. Do not care about employees wearing mask, will than cough cover mouth and pass the pen through the glass for the customer to use. There is also no hand sanitizer available for customers and I would not be surprised if the staff did not sanitize either.

Good place to cash cheques. The staff are very friendly, and always welcoming. I have never had any problems getting my cheque’s cashed, and they are very fast compared to other companies! They are the only place since Covid started that will still cash my cheque’s and give me the full amount!
