Horrible service, im trying to locate something very valuable and sentimental to me and the guy working didnt let me finish the description of the product before he said no and hung up on me. I called back to see if he could take my name and number in case it shows up and he lost it on me said he cant do that unless i go down there and said i should ask or tell him to take my name n number. Which is ridiculous as im just trying to find my items that were stolen

This shop is great! I bought an item from there that ended having an issue (an issue beyond their control), and they went above and beyond to replace the item and make sure that I was happy before I left the store. Their customers service is great. I highly recommend them!

Selection of merchandise is great however, every time my girlfriend or I have gone in to look around or buy something, we've gotten nothing but bad customer service. When we ask a question or ask for a display case to be opened, we are always treated like a burdon or something. If we were treated nicely I'd give it 4 or 5 stars but the customer service seriously needs some work.

CRIMINAL. Got wallet stolen while looking around NO SECURITY CAMERAS THAT RECORD worker Joel wouldn't give description to RCMP . Manager Pam screaming NONE OF MY BUSINESS when asking why no SECURITY for themselves or Customer's. Public please stay away and tell others.. I think they have thieves working with them in the store

My partner went to this store and pawned my ipod and when we went to pick it up we were told that it was already sold because he was late getting it back. She said YOUR A WEEK LATE. I SOLD IT! AND I NEVER GOT MY HEADphones either. Very rude about it! Awful customer service skills. Next time go to 'MIKES PAWN JOEY. THEY ARE THE BEST. MIKE WOULD NEVER DO THAT.. 11000 SONGS ON IT. OH WELL. HOPE YOU ENJOY IT pawntraders

Went in the store the lady who owns the place was there talking with her employee ignored my presence they were talking to each other and they both repeatedly used the f word very unprofessional the owner should be ashamed of herself

No return policy. Bought a game from them that doesn't work (one of the pins is chipped), but the store doesn't offer refunds.
