Racist and absolute scammers. Went in myself to pawn off a record player buddy offered me 60$ I didn’t accept, got my native friend to go in for me the next day with the exact same thing plus an electric guitar and the guy says wouldn’t even give u 50$ for both ? Strange to me how the price changed just like that regardless of the fact it was the exact same thing but a different person.

Best pawn shop in the south Okanagan by far. 5 Stars. Mike gives the best amounts and has the lowest fees, biggest shop, most inventory, and is willing to barter. He has been known to hold onto items far past their deadline and not take your stuff when you are 1 day late like another pawn shop in town has done to me more than once. There really is no reason to use any other pawn shops around here. surprised he hasn't put the others out of business. Keep up the good work Mike, you are very much appreciated in this town.

I've been dealing with Mike since he was across from Pen-Hi. Going on almost 4 years now. He is very reasonable, knowledgeable about his items and prices for intake are the best in the area. If you need to pawn or just purchase pawned goods, deal with Mike. He has a great selection of merchandise and is very organized. The only person I will go to now.

Last week I made an excursion to Mike's Pawnbrokers, and was impressed by Mike's receptivity and exceptional service. I purchased an awesome winter coat for a mere fifty dollars. He took ten dollars off the price. My friend bought a collection of movies for a very reasonable price. I will return to Mike's pawn shop next month for more merchandise. He has a plethora of items that are reasonably priced, and a wide open friendly ambience in his store. I am going to purchase a coffee maker for a steal of a deal. Mike values customer satisfaction, and is an exemplary person of integrity and authenticity. Mike is great as is the rest of his staff. Their customer service skills are increditable. And absolutly impossible to beat. Especially if comparing Mike's with any other pawn shop here in town. Fair prices, great deals. Lots of merchandise in good condition. Able to find what it is i am looking for at the right price. If not, he does lay away as well which is super helpful and appreciated. All and all, Its a great store, with an easy laid back atmosphere.
