Ive been with this credit union for about 9 years and at one point moved an hour away. I wont switch because of how good I was treated when I was at the branch regularly. Brenda and the team are always very helpful.

I have called twice recently and left messages to have someone call to discuss interest rates. As recently as Monday, February 25. Still waiting for a callback. Customer Service is not acceptable to me since KCC implemented the central customer service call centre.

At a time when customer service is something that is going by the wayside and knowing your name at the bank is a thing of the past there is the Kawartha Credit Union. Personally I have been lied to mislead and showed no personal service by the big banks. When I walk through the door at the Kawartha credit union I'm always welcomed by friendly intelligent well trained staff that know the banking industry and go above and beyond to meet your needs. A tip of the hat to the team at the Kawartha credit union and thank you for helping me take care of the money I work very hard for. Merry Christmas to all the staff.

I have no money in the account. And just received a letter stating that i am overdrawn. It seems a have been given a monthly fee with out notice.

Wouldn’t trust them with a cent. Massive account breach when they updated their online system. They lost my rent one month and told me I was sol until my mother who was out of the country and not reachable for two weeks (long after my rent was due) could confirm that the account it was transferred into was a mistake. I almost lost my apartment and had to ask other people for money as my spending account was drained. Needless to say my pay checks don’t go here anymore. I’ll be closing my accounts soon.
