RBC SUCKS! Don't ever try to get a hold of someone by phone unless you have a number that a person gave you! The listed numbers put you into a never ending voice message system that tries to tell you how good RBC is! Thet totally forgot about customer service!

I would give zero stars if I could, but one star is the minimum. I tried calling the Lac du Bonnet branch as I have a non-standard question specifically for that branch. The automated service could not understand what I was saying and cut me off after three attempts. I was not transferred to an agent - the system just told me to call back later. Geeze - that was helpful! I put my money there for essetially zero interest. They lend it out at a higher interest rate. They charge me for my account every month. But when I need to conact them and require service, I can't. Nice company!
