They need to drastically improve on the call waiting. 1 hour to be first in line is ridiculous plus starting from caller number 5 and beyond - just hang up. They need do offer seamless transactions via zoom to confirm identity if a need to update address, again not everyone has time to visit the branch to complete paper work for one simple change. The reps are okay, it has nothing to do with them. It's what JN Bank provides them the tools and resources, do assist us the banking clients. No one has time for this...we do work to I will be seeking other alternatives for my banking in Jamaica..it may just have to be with a big bank like ScotiaBank. I wish I could continue supporting a Jamaica Bank but the lack of support from them is not worth it. I'm still first in line currently....from caller #3 for 1:17 mins Now! Should I just hang up? Frustrated and a waste of my day off completely.

I went to the branch on Eglinton Ave, the service was great. A young lady by the name Sadie she was exceptional, she went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. I would recommend.

Waited for over 3 hours for a representative, see below proof and still no answer. Physical in person reception from Asian Jamaican female representative was cold, indifferent, hostile and aloof. It was like I was an enemy combatant and then to make her implicit bias evident, she was warm and polite to the next customer and attentive, leaving me in the next cubicle with my documents. Selective treatment to customers and indifference on her part, I will never forget this discriminatory attitude from a another Jamaican.

When you call the Eglinton branch you don't through. All you get is you are caller # 11 or 12 or 13 or some number waiting to be assisted. I went there to get something done recently and it was never done. All the agent was doing was prying into my business. Shawn and Taneshia are good. They need to do better on their telephone services.

I am here right now from 9.55am Saturday April 29th . States that they open 10am until 3pm and is 10.43am and the not open no one comes by no sign put up that they not going to open
