I highly recommend that u skip this bank, I tried to change 500 dollars but they refuse my Canadian driver's license , they need passport and they told me that on the second time around, first time they refused to change USD. Every one seems to make up their own rules, just skip it not worth it a waste of time

I’ve been banking here for almost three years. Here is my assessment and expected wait times for Pacific Mall and Richmond Hill. Deposit cash - 20 mins ordeal Changing you pin - 15 mins journey Paying a bill - 10 mins per bill mission Lining up - minimum 20 mins no matter what time of day. Basically every process or request you ask RBC to perform, ICBC will make it four times more complex and six times more trivial. Online banking: They’re online banking website is like windows XP going through puberty so you’re often praying to god that it doesn’t freakout and kick you out. This is the reason why clients here prefer to go into the branch. You’ll often see more staff than clients but they’ll NEVER open another wicket because everyone has their own defined role and they couldn’t give two dams about any JD power customer service awards haha Unless you have financial business interests in mainland China the frustration is like electrocuting yourself. They don’t really place much emphasis on pin numbers. Rather they basically eyeball signatures and depend on that more than you’d like to think. Pro: Cheap exchange rates, affordable/free international money wires, and usable in China (when and if they ever open up). Pretty bilingual and helpful when you’ve waited a half day.
