Very unfortunate and I am very sad to see the group of racist people having charge of this organization I am surprised how Human Resource recruited such extremely racist persons under one roof. Suggestion for HR is to revisit their pool and look for some diversity inclusion which is pure Canadian Culture

This is not a bank branch. This is the credit card call centre. There is no ATM and employees will not be able to help with your banking needs.

I am an ex Citi employee. Sad to see it going from a very good work place to sheer incompetent senior management that is not at all diverse and doesn’t value innovation, meritocracy. Citi Mississauga is not diverse, HR is pretty much invisible, senior management mostly supporting unhealthy work cultures from developing nations.

Worst place to work, no diversity, no professional ethics, people work here 12-15 hrs according to dictatorship/politics from senior management!!! Very poor senior management at Mississauga location, can't believe this type of management works in Canada! spoiling the entire citi brand name!!
