They don't allow account holders to use the restroom. Not even people who bank here regularly. What amazing customer service!! With all the money y'all make you would think you would offer an outhouse at the very least.

Apparently, they do not answer the telephone at this branch. Called more than 10 times. They never answered the phone. Bad business. Will be changing banks. Gave 1 star because you can't give zero stars.

My father went in and was treated horrible like he was nothing just because he didn’t know English very rude was thrown papers at him and the ladies there were no help at all not the best bank to go to

This location and it's employees are great, the chase company its self is the definition of greed and Monopoly. Chase is the worst decision you can possibly make if you're under the age of 30. Please, heed my warning.
