Today, my husband and I went in to this Bank of China to open an account. Before I went, I read the reviews and I was kind of hesitant; however we still went there because this bank is located right outside Peanut plaza and it's a very convenient location. It turned out the staff are very nice, especially Macie, who's also very nice, knowledgeable and super helpful and accommodated our needs as we were from out of town. I'm glad we went in and opened the account there. Thanks very much, Macie, you're the best!

Went to the bank today a little after 3pm and was told they are closed. Their website and phone system show that they open until 4:30 pm. The branch clerk said the hours changed a few months ago. So they forgot to update their own systems? It's annoying to receive misleading info when digital banking is crucial during Covid-19. Did business at this branch a few times. The service quality depends on who you get. Some people are more knowledgeable but not always available. Overall, customer service is below par. It appears that they do not care/want your business.
