They no longer accept drop-offs for tax returns - they need to be mailed. And there is no way to access their office so questions can't be answered.

Does not answer calls. Does not return calls where messages are left and their office locations are of no use for resolving what I have been attempting to resolve for the last year.

It's easy to locate, just go around Access Nova Scotia, and it's almost situated at the back of it.

The wait times are ridiculous..the call was dropped as we were trying to get things resolved with the cra acct login..waited 2.5 hrs and then called back amd was on hold for another 1.5 hrs however Jessica the rep. was very helpful and patient and went beyond to solve the issues associated with my hubby's amd my acct login issues. CRA requires a better more efficient platform..shouldn't have to to wait upwards of 4 hrs on a call...
