Worst tax experience EVER! Not only did he dismiss me (largely suspect to the fact that I'm a woman, because he was far and beyond more polite to my husband) he failed to enter SEVERAL tax deductions we qualified for, resulting in the lowest tax return quote we've had in 4 years! When we told him we would be filing with H&R Block, he still charged us $200. I will never go to him again. I will be sure that none of our friends or family file with him either. Issues point by point 1.He offered no guidance. I had to present all of my deductions for myself...and he still forgot to enter a few I gave him. 2. He said he would offer advice on how to receive a larger tax return in the future and gave absolutely no advice. 3. He came off as extremely sexist 4. He told me he would take a week to file, but the next day when my HUSBAND asked he said he'd have done same day. 5. His office is in a back room of a building with NO sign, NO computer absolutely no assurance that you're dealing with a REAL company.
