Very poor experience two years in a row with a basic personal income tax job. No communication, calls and emails not returned. Grant too busy to do my basic return. Look elsewhere if you want a company that cares about your business.

Overpriced, not honest in their dealings, they forgot to include taxes and made mistakes in my return. If you go with them and then change accountant they won't transfer papers or help you out in any ways.
