Inconsistent with their hours, their ATM is NOT 24 hours since they recently decided to lock it behind their gates, consistent interest/hold on your own hand earned money without explanation AND without response when asking for an explanation. Not to mention the attitude the front desk women constantly has- if you want to feel judged/unwelcomed, head over to Rapport Credit Union on Stockdale.

They say good things are worth waiting for, well Rapport puts that to the test when you wait days for responses and only get half the questions you asked answered.

They'll make a deal with you and two years later will tell you a different term was agreed to. I would not trust these people with my money, and am honestly disappointed with the way they run what they call a business.
