Best financial institution around , Never a line up , just friendly service

Classist employees who conspire between themselves to gaslight customers and lie to their faces about new policies that definitely didn't exist the month prior. I have changed financial institutions away from this particular den of thieves who lack the integrity to be honest about new fees and policies within their corporation. I may have considered retaining this bank for my financial needs if the employees had merely been honest about fees and policies - but given that they not only doubled down on lying to my face, but also asked their coworkers to take a part in the charade - this is not a business I am comfortable with allowing to manage any level of my finances ever again. If I could award negative stars, I would use them here.

I've been banking with GVC for around 3 years now, and I've never had a problem with them. I came from BMO prior to joining - and I've always had issues with them. The place is never packed, there is never a line, there is always someone at the desk who's ready to help out unlike other banks where there are 6 employees who don't know how to work a keyboard, and a 5 person line up takes 60 minutes between all 6 of them. I absolutely recommend these guys.
