We already have home insurance through RBC and have never submitted a claim. My husband called to add our boat to the insurance. It took three phone calls and 2 1/2 hours of waiting to get a complete run-around. There is no direct line to call, so if you get cut off or have to call back, you end up back in the queue to wait for help and start all over again. He is beyond disappointed and frustrated with RBC service, after 30 years as a bank client.

They signed me up for insurance that I was unaware of and I've tried canceling it twice now. They said they cancelled it and yet I'm still getting money takin out of my account for insurance that I didn't even willingly sign up for. On top of that their voice recording says they are open 8am eastern time and I live on eastern time and they aren't open. Worst.Service.Ever
