After a divorce, we decided to sell the family home I grew up in. Stressors is at work and personal issues I felt alone. Being guided by the process of Allan Marshall and Associates in Moncton New Brunswick, I felt they not only had the right expertise to take care of my problem but I didn't know what they were all about... I just went through the motions at first... as the process went on...I felt more and more hope... I understood that they not only knew what options were available and explained every option thoroughly on multiple occasions which made a tremendous positive difference for me. (my memory was also impacted...imagine explaining something with a smile on 5 times...yaaa.....they did it) After calling on many occasions asking them many questions not being at my best physical or psychological capacity I found their staff at every level to be absolutely 100% the best ! I could have imagined their empathy their professionalism their patience made a difference for me... a tremendous positive difference for me with every interaction I had with them: staff, admin assistant....consultants, owner, all trained as a team and always at their best ! that.....says alot. They are GOOD ! I never left their business feeling hopeless, alone, or feeling confused ...and this is all through the whole process of a bankruptcy of selling my home of seeing a therapist of being under medication of not being able to sleep after being diagnosed with PTSD I was presented to them at my worst and at my weakest and they made me feel like I was interacting with anybody else on a regular day and that made me feel supported listened too... guided... and for me... that is priceless. These guys and gals are more than good. They are the best that I could have hoped for. Sometimes you pray for options... These guys showed up... I mean that. They were my angels guiding me in the worst days of my life. They just did their thing ! Thank you. The positive difference you showed to me sped up my healing, made a positive difference, made me want to wake up for my appointments. I can only think of spreading the kindness...to others in the best of MY ABILITY. thank you for your outstanding professionalism staff training guidance friendliness support I could not have wished or imagined a better scenario and my anxiety and ptsd always analyze for the worse so I cannot tell you how refreshing not having to do any of that with you was thank you very very much. I will probably write another one of these when I am at my best but thank you very much to say the least from the bottom of my heart you helped coordinate a legal separation an enormous amount of debt a person's large amount of stress you guys helped soooo much thank you. When you think BANKRUPTCY you think negative but Olivia & Robin with some help from Scott made my life easy i got rid of my debt im paying less then i was for interest and i get to rebuild my credit. I thought this was going to be a hassle and lots of time invested it wasn't a quick and easy call is all it took 1 meeting and person and im on track to start my proposal. I want to warn others to make sure that they actually did aoff all bills that you may persume is added to your bankruptcy!!! I did a bankruptcy 7 years ago with them taking all my bills in to their office I seen Allen Marshall, he went over all them with me and told me to include my ex- boyfriends cell phone in the bankruptcy because it was in my name so it was agreed to add it with my other bills. I thought everything was going to so much better but as time went on I kept getting collection calls in regards to the cell bill. I told the collection company it was included in the bankruptcy I also called Allan Marshall and they emailed the collection company but this kept happening off and on over the years with me repeatedly getting Allan Marshall to send them saying it's included in the bankruptcy!! Well I just found out from Allan Marshall's employee that it wasn't put in the bankruptcy at all and this bill that was a little over $300 is now over $1500 in interest and all they say is to call the cell company who say it's out of their hands and have to pay the collection company.!! I am furious that after so many times calling them about this issue that it took them 7 years to realize he forgot to add it to the bankruptcy!!! Extremly unprofessional and costly for me!!!
