If you want to buy or sell the currency, DO NOT come to this place. I went to buy USA dollars but the price they gave me is the same price as TD bank ( not cheaper), and I called another currency exchange they give me a price MUCH MUCH better than this place! My advice to anyone is that you should call another place to know their price first before you do business with this company! Besides, their services are terrible especially if you have to deal with the lady at the counter!

A friend who used to live in England told me that Money Exchange World has the best rates. I compared with several other exchanges, and found that it's true. There were a couple of other places whose rates were comparable, but those places did not take cash--you could only deal with them electronically. I needed to exchange some leftover British pounds for Canadian dollars. I walked in with the GBP and came out with the CAD 1 minute later. Fast and friendly service, with no service charges.

I exchanged the money here based on all the good reviews. Then realized that the rate Isn’t fair. I lost at least 30 - 40 dollars with that rate versus if I change it in Europe. I wrote an email to them and the branch manager was able to find a resolution for this by matching the rate as close as they can, as they want to be kind to a loyal customer and keep the customer satisfied. I do appreciate they take this seriously. This is the way of doing business!

I recently bought Japanese yen and Korean won and I asked around 6 other places and money exchange world has the best rate no joke.

On the day that we needed some USD, the official rate was CAD1.36 for USD1. Banks were all offering us the rate of CAD1.41 for USD1 while elsewhere at various Western Union dealers, we were getting nothing less than CAD1.40. Over at this money changer, we were offered CAD1.37/USD, which was almost the official exchange rate. This money changer is by far the best place in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to get your forex transactions done, given their excellent rates. The only drawback I have is with regard to their opening hours which is not open on Sundays.

Terrible exchange rate charge. Ended up just saying the exchange rate without the charge. Very misleading.10% per $100 not a fan. Replying to response: If it is true that you do not charge an exchange rate charge. Your staff member who worked today did not give me the proper amount in return. I exchanged $199.70 canadian for dong and received only 31600000 and was quoted the exchange rate of 3547959. You can look at your cameras that you have on site and review it yourself

I made an online WU transfer through my bank, 6 days later and after talking to the bank and to WU 3-4 times, the transfer still wouldn't go through. Neither did anyone know how to cancel the order, no WU supervisor, not even the bank's fraud department. I usually come to this place so I thought maybe they can help. The manager, Raheel, solved my problem, alhamdulillah. The order was cancelled, and the money was back in my hands within 10 minutes. Professional and sincere. Thank-you.
