Wouldve been nice if the 3 bank tellers sitting there staring at me waiting for 5 minutes would've let me know there was a teller open at the end of the desks, didn't find out until two people came in and went up to the desk I very clearly didn't see was open. The teller "Ashley" made eye contact with me multiple times failing to even ask if I needed anything. Terrible customer's service, when there is 3 people standing around and can't simply let me know there's a teller open.

I understand with Covid regulations that limitations have to be imposed. But having someone at the door grilling you about what banking you have to do and then insisting (wrongly) that all banking can be done on the ATM is frustrating. So since I am not allowed into the bank and don't have online banking how do I access my RRSPs? Savings? Investments? etc? Having the person at the door responding to these questions with 'gee I don't know' and walking away is not great customer service. Glad BMO gets to hold onto /keep my money since I am not allowed to access it.

Unfortunately, the customer service at this branch is currently unpardonably horrible. Although the bankers and staff are all perfectly nice people, they do not return calls, and do not respond to fax requests as they have promised. It can take days to complete a transaction that should take minutes. This used to be an outstanding branch, but the good bankers have left. Nothing would make me happier than to see the branch return to its former high level of performance; if it did, I'd certainly have to give it five stars. In the meantime, I am seeking to avoid doing business with them. If you are looking for a home bank, look elsewhere.

It took me MONTHS to sort out an issue because I wasn’t able to come in once a week to say “hey this didn’t fix my problem”. Between my family and I, we’ve had so many problems with BMO that we are wishing we didn’t need a bank account! Do not bank here.

My branch is only open when I am working from home. So I was sent to this branch. I was able to avoid some apparent bank fraud. I found the staff interested and caring. I would rather my home branch have either later hours or be open Saturday..

Hilarious, we’re to start well the staff is very chatty they like to talk about people recipes and cat, the weather etc..Long lines no problem Let’s keep engaging our clients with idle conversations while others have to wait endlessly. Another challenge is there inability to answer a call in the branch, don’t believe me try calling and see if your EVER GET THRU. Keep driving and avoid the frustrations this branch is known for ????bank manager.

After finding out today that my financial service company, BMO MASONVILLE, has been, in my opinion, complicit in allowing unauthorized and cancelled payments of $1000 to be charged to my MasterCard I'm devastated to learn the people I need to trust are the ones, in my opinion, that need to be checked up the most. Having extensive investments here I think I'd better move on before I'm fleeced, in my opinion, of everything. Oh yea checking balance on credit card didn't help they refused to give me a balance after paying in full 4weeks ago $3000. And yes o had to wait in line for up to 30mns in the middle of the afternoon on a Monday. Wow insult to injury. Thanks for everything though it's been a pleasure being violated, in my opinion, of course.
