Love my bank they are extremely helpful and always have the answers to my questions the girls are amazing no matter what they always remember who I am and I might only go into that branch three times a year.. Tracy is absolutely amazing and so is Winnie!!!!

Staff are friendly, branch is well maintained but can be crowded if there is a line. Teller service is friendly but can be slow. Bank machines are usually in service and feel clean and secure after hours.

Long line ups ..not enough staff helping customers up front...

Friendly staff at the this branch. Very helpful and the line ups to wait for a teller at the wickets are not long. There is a drive through banking and walk in ATM. Ample parking and is totally wheelchair accessible with large wheelchair parking in front of the Branch main doors.

Very friendly staff. Institution is excellent and good range of products and services with the lowest service fees. Environmentally and socially responsible credit union. Good package for community groups, you have to be a member but you can join and open an account the same day. Unlike some other places that require you to be a member for 6 months to open a community account.

Sam Talukder is definitely one of the worst business account managers. Not only does he take a long time to process applications, he is not supportive to small businesses and their needs. Extremely disappointed.

Today I had to visit the 6th st. branch because of a problem with my account at about 3:30. I was looked after by a young man at the business teller station. I didn't get his name, but would like to thank him for the superb service. He was courteous, kind, and listened carefully to my problem. He took his time with me to get to the bottom of the problem. He called his manger over and she also did her best to help me out. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone.????

When I searched out my local branch on the web, the address that appeared on my computer screen was indeed that of my local branch and so I assumed that the phone number was also local. I was thus confused (and annoyed) when the person at the central switchboard kept asking me which branch I wanted. Duhhh??

My first bank account was at Vancity, so I wish they did things better. I will be switching banks due to the outdated and nonsensical policies at Vancity. Unfortunately the customer service has also gone downhill at this location, I found their agents non-caring, bored, and did not seem enthusiastic with their jobs. It was an unfriendly and cold visit, even for a financial institution. I would not recommend.

I hate how Vancity website doesn't provide the main number of each branch. In order to call a branch, I need to call the main customer service which is waiting time of 15 minutes. And main customer service doesn't know what is going on in the branch so it takes 1 hr just to get hold of someone in a branch. Su h inconvenient and efficient service

No evening access to the ATM. Doors are locked. Sign says it's closed 9pm to 6am due to homeless people wanting to warm up. Vancity, don't punish your paying customers because you cant deal with your own security issues. Plenty of branches in Vancouver are open 24/7 in far worse neighborhoods.
