Need insurance? I highly recommend you connect with Loni Foster @ Envision Insurance, Willoughby. October 2019, we were moving, and renovating our new downsized home in a strata complex. I was fortunate to work with Loni for all our needs. She took care of the canceling of our home policy, ensuring we had adequate coverage for our vacant home including insurance for the various trades working in the home, and explained how strata insurance worked and ensured we had all the coverage we needed. Loni searched for best coverage with the best price and keep us updated throughout the process. Loni was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I was able to do this transaction from my home! February 2020 - we are planning our trip, I quickly contacted Loni to get a quote for cancellation insurance, and she provided me with a quick response; all the details, and it was more affordable than the other quote I received. Excellent Credit union. From what I've seen these guys prove they put Customer Service first. Zero customer service problems, I've had to bump my daily spending limit up two times, they do it no problem. As long as you have your membership number you won't have to run down to the branch, you can solve many customer service inquiries over the phone. I would certainly recommend Envision if you're looking for a great credit union

Had to make a visit to make some changes on my account and some deposits. The teller did an amazing job of not only being efficient in the visit but she was personable as well. If she was unsure of the process she reached out to her resources. She made the whole boring process of going to the bank, the complete opposite! I find customer service goes a long way, and usually in places that are not regular “retail” great customer experiences don’t tend to happen.

Had an issue getting into my account with their horrible online banking which ended up in me getting locked out of my account. I called them and when i hung up I still couldn't get into my account so I called again and they wouldn't verify my identity over the phone which they just did 15 minutes prior to the original phone call. Horrible service and even worse online banking service.

This location is brutally slow ! Tellers will be working on things and not taking clients all the time, you can tell the clients in line you will be right with them, or maybe when you see a giant line you could accommodate better. It’s never easy here, very frustrating ....

Beware, closed my account for buying cryptocurrency, saying we want you to use our services. I have been a member at another credit union since 1968 and haven't used their services for years, only $5 shares balance, they haven't closed my account because of this. I was about to start a savings program, now will go elsewhere. A credit union is a member-owned financial cooperative, controlled by its members and operated on the principle of people helping people, providing its members credit at competitive rates as well as other financial services. Acts more like a Bank.
