My account is inactive mode, as per their request, I went to branch to make a payment and signed the paper in order to re-activate it. then this branch charged me 30$ without telling me. I left message to them, made many calls, do not any reply. Avoid this branch. even more avoid any mortgage because the interest rate is often higher than other major banks.
