Great access to this location. The car wash is awesome! It's not automated, it's manual but that's probably the best part about it. The pressure washer wands have a lot of power and they cleared debris that others haven't. You also get billed by the time you spend in the wash which is awesome.

Absolutely pitiful customer service. Your employee was too busy talking on her phone to properly serve me as well as other customers. And she couldnt even run the till properly. I went in for gas, smokes, and scratch tickets and could only buy my smokes as she had no idea what do to. Pretty sad for a buisness fighting with 4 other gas companies in town for business to treat there customers so poorly. Maybe ban cell phones when working cause they're clearly more important than serving the customers that make your company money.

My brother was trying to go in to pay for my gas and the door was locked so he knocked but the workers just looked at him and proceeded to ignore him so he kept knocking until I told him that we should just leave and after five minutes they finally opened the door. Sucks ... will not go there ... my neighbour had a very rude old woman (who was in there getting lottery tickets) bitching at her because it was taking too long (apparently she is more important than everyone else) ... clerk didn't really do anything about the other customer not even when the old woman told my neighbour to "get out of here" ... another time my husband was on his motorcycle ... they wouldn't turn on pumps because he was wearing his helmet ... he wasn't going to drive off without paying ... they have cameras ... license plate was clearly visible ... no other station has ever required this ... save yourself the hassles ... go somewhere else where they appreciate the business ...

When their gas nozzle got stuck in my truck the owner proceeds to blame their faulty equipment on my fiance. The only reason for two stars is the employee wasn't acting like an a hole. Terrible customer service! Prepaid 25$ of gas today and definitely didn’t get that much. At around the half way mark it stopped working, I waited a couple seconds and it started to “pump” again but it felt like barely anything was coming out. When I started my car my gas gauge barely went up. When I told Gabriela the cashier about the problem (if that’s even her real name) she spoke to her manager “Daphnee” about it and they can’t do anything about it. Great to know I got half the amount of gas I paid for! She didnt even want to check if there was a problem with their pump...

In February, when the snow was crazy, we pulled into this gas station to get gas at the pump closest to the street. We had been on the road for many miles, and the snow was building up on the roof of our car. As we stopped, a sheet of snow slid off of the roof, and onto our windshield, completely blocking our view. My husband got out of the car to brush the snow away before we proceeded to the pump. You know, so I could see out of the window and not run into a pump. As he did this, one of the workers ran out into the parking lot screaming at us that he pays money to have his business plowed, and how dare we drop snow on his pavement. My husband tried to explain to him that our windshield was completely covered. We even offered to use a snow shovel to clean up our mess (going way above and beyond there!). The guy was irate. We ended up leaving and getting gas down the street.

Accidentally left my wallet here on a Wednesday evening and didn't realize till Friday . I looked everywhere and then thought where I'd last had it. I called this Shell station and sure enough it was there. I'm so grateful they kept it and even the cash was still in it. I went to this station on Sunday June 9th around 3:30pm and bought one of the extra car washes. After going through the car wash, I realized that it did not clean the sides of my car. I went into the station and spoke to Hichem to tell him that my car was not clean. I was expecting an apology and for him to assure me that he would let the manager know that there must be an issue with the car wash and that they would look into getting it fixed. There was no apology or use of any empathy from this man. He made me feel like this was my fault and told me there was nothing he could do for me. He then said that he was done speaking to me, and started serving other customers while I just stood there. I don't even care about the cost of the car wash. I was just floored at the way in which this man treated me. I will never go back to a shell for gas or a car wash ever again if that is the way I can expect to be treated.
