First off, Oliver did an AMAZING job for us! But did you know, the bank pays your broker, not you? Your broker is literally free and it's their job to get you the best possible deal. As a first time home buyer, clueless about mortgages, with a more complex application, I was terrified I wouldn't be able to figure it out in the short time you have when buying a house. Oliver was so positive, very professional, and eased my concerns. I don't understand what he did, but I know he did a lot of work, and a fantastic job, as we are now a happy home owner. If any complications arose, Oliver handled them calmly, and provided us with an incredibly stress free experience. I found buying a house pretty daunting, so I am incredibly grateful that my mortgage was not one of these stresses, thanks to Oliver.
