Very nice and clean. Wait never been a wait when I've been there. Service is fair and friendly for both teller and member service liason. But it is confusing when you arrive that you need to go oround to the street-facing side to even find the teller services. Always feels hidden.

I switched to Cambrian from RBC 8 years ago and have saved thousands of dollars. There staff has helped with mortgages, credit lines and RRSP’s. Mortgage rates are awesome compared to the big banks from Toronto.

I would like to give NO STAR if I could. Has been banking with Cambrian Credit Union for 8+ years. One day, they decided to hold my workplace check (expense reimbursement from my workplace as I am an IT Manager and need to purchase IT gears regularly) for 7 days - the face value of the check is less than $500. Ridiculous! It has been more than 3 weeks, and they have NO ANSWER for me as "why" all of a sudden, "the management" decided to hold my deposit for 7 days! I had a car loan with Cambrian Credit Union. My wife and my two daughters as well as my parent-in-law are banking with Cambrian Credit Union per my recommendation. But the way they are treating me now - I will get my mortgage elsewhere and also take my money away and open new account with Belgian alliance credit union!

I love this Credit Union...they are very helpful and if you have your mortgage their, you dont get nickled and dimed with service charges!

The worst customer service I have ever continuously experienced in my life. Banking with them since before I was 10 years old and they do nothing to help a person out and put ridiculous holds on cheque’s to make making payments very painful. Every time I go to do banking it’s something, ‘sorry we can’t do this, sorry we can’t do that’ every time! Grr

Can't access the ATM???? Why is the door locked? You post a sign, closed from. 5 pm to 9 am? Been here for 35 minutes and the door is still locked? I phoned the branch, voice recording said ATM is open, but its not???? Why can't I access my account at this ATM? Why post a sign with the wrong information? 10 customers have come and gone. Please, explain to me why I have no access to the ATM?

Went here to get some US Dollars and was turned away for not being a member. As in, not that we can't help, we are refusing to help you. I don't bank here because I'm not from Winnipeg, but I guess I can find another place to give my money to. Still looking for those fabled "Friendly Winnipeggers." It's certainly not the drivers.
