I have to say the best customer service experience I have ever had, I run my business account and my personnel account with Valley first. I always talk to Ashley who is amazing she is always just an email or phone call away and super organized. Even if its late or she is super busy she will always take the time to get back to me and let me know whats happening. I feel the service is just so personnel and I love it.

While it is nice to have a free chequing account they bombard you with questions regarding investments and try to get you to buy their mutual funds. They tell you to delete evidence of fraud before reporting it. I would go somewhere else with my money of of they didn't give back to the community.

Very Pleased! I just moved here from Osoyoos and have an account with the Credit Union there. I withdrew some money from the ATM at the Interior Savings bank here and then proceeded to the teller to ask them to exchange $100. into USD for me. I was told it was against their policy so should try Valley First Bank down the street. After telling them my story they were happy to help. They also said they would love to do more business with me and all the perks that go with it. Why didnt the young lady at Interior Savings Credit Union offer me the same opportunity?? My husband and I will be transfering banks asap.

Don’t waist your time with a Construction Mortgage with these fools! They don’t understand how they work, lie to you, don’t return calls and respond to email inquiries with one word answers. Better of going somewhere else and saving money.

The team at Valley First on Bernard are first rate! I moved to Kelowna a little over a year ago to start my first "adult job" and was immediately overwhelmed at managing my finances. However, the employees at Valley First took it all I stride. They were, and continue to be, knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly and laidback. I have consistently felt supported but never pressured.
