Did not respond to phone calls or texts, never heard from him again. We met with John, provided our financial information and were looking forward to working with him. Unfortunately we never heard from him again. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to contact him a mutual friend spoke with John about us and John stated he was on a three week fishing trip and his cell phone provider hadn’t forwarded his calls to his satellite phone. Thought we might hear from him after that but still no contact. Very disappointing and unprofessional. If he did not want to work with us as clients a quick email or text would have been appreciated. Worried that our financial information is in his hands.

John Started out very willing to help, but in the end was unresponsive and hard to get a hold of. I had to email multiple times to find out the status of my application only to find out 3 weeks later that it had gone through and when he sent me the commitment all of the details, from the rate to the amount were different and he was unwilling or unable to explain why this was. I do not recommend using John, Kelowna has lots of brokers who are much more helpful and communicative.
