Jason Ward and his team successfully navigated a potentially messy employment separation between myself and my former employer, a major retailer this spring. Jason and Calvin listened to me. They explained both sides' position and were not shy with their feedback when it came to deciding a course of action, the time it may take, and the associated costs vs benefits of each action. Jason did not attempt to steer my decision he just made sure I was informed on my choices, then he went to work. In the end Wards negotiated a neat and clean resolution and avoided court. What surprised me about Wards was the up to date technology in the office. I do not live near Wards. Their tech made staying in touch and working together easy during the lockdowns of the Covid Pandemic. From my family and I, thank you Jason, Calvin, and Vashti. I highly recommend you and your team.
