defeinatly some behind the sences issues with this bank money mysteriously goes in and then you nsfed for the whole amount when the mistake was theres........... do not recomend this bank they are very polite and formal about business but theres defeinatly something behind the secenes going on 1000% i agree with nexus and buddy below him only bank i know you have to pay to join and not very helpful when needed at all if you bank with them check your account couple times aday cause i feel ripped off in a way

I just hemorrhage money from this place. I'll put money in and then it'll be gone when I try to do PayPal transfers, so I'll get repeat NSF charges in the hundreds of dollars because my money will mysteriously vanish within weeks of depositing it. There've been many instances when I'll check my account to find less than what I'd put in there. Unacceptable. I'll be closing my account with them real soon. Avoid.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My wife and I applied for a basic mortgage back in April (we already have a small mortgage with them). We both have steady municipal jobs and great credit. after FOUR MONTHS trying to work with them we still had made no progress. Communications would take weeks to be answered, they continuously took a combative tone in our emails/phone calls (like we were doing something wrong by daring to ask to qualify for a mortgage). Weeks would go by between communications after which we'd be asked for some other small piece of info, then the process would start again. After getting ping ponged around to various managers (who promised to help, then repeated the pattern), and the CEO, they eventually promised to 'start the process' (after months already trying to do that) and offered us a mortgage rate that was more than double what every competitor they have is offering. We wasted ALOT of money and time on this terrible company. We happily paid a large penalty just to move our existing mortgage over to another lender. After contacting another broker we were setup with all the lending we needed in just a few weeks, at a much lower rate, and with much better service. If you're looking for HIGH interest rates, TERRIBLE customer service, and a lengthy and painful lending process, I'd highly recommend this place.. Otherwise, try literally anywhere else.

Only Bank I know you have to pay to join, you do not have till end of Business day to get money into your account before they charge you NSF fees. I feel ripped off by this bank not Branch but bank. As for the Branch it's self the staff is friendly and polite no issues with Staff. Just the bank Policies. I do not recommend this Bank.

Warm friendly place to do banking. It is more of a one-on-one experience for customer service. Been there for years. Staff is first rate.
