Nice branch. Very helpful branch manager. Quick to do my deposits. They don't have teller in this branch so everyone there does a little extra work to cover the position. Would recommend to my friends. Nice location.

Terrible service by Debra Yeuong, walked in disturbing her personal call and I can already feel an impatient vibe from her. She then proceeded to hit all the flags on "how not to treat your customer" employee handbook. Makes me wonder if this little branch is capable of handling tasks other than nanny deposits.

thank you Debra for helping me with the ATM deposit and help me with my mortgage. This branch is a digital branch so they don’t have teller counter service but Debra and her team will always sit at the counter to help customer to do the transaction using ATM and iPad, great customer service!

This is newly establish HSBC branch just north of Unionville. I recently transferred my mortgage here to HSBC and I could not be happier. Debra and her team really made the transition seamless and the experience has been exceptional. The team at HSBC not only got us the best mortgage rates that all the other big 6 banks cannot meet, but they take all the stress and all the complications that comes with these complicated mortgage process out for the client. I have dealt with many major financial institutions in my lifetime and this branch has really exceeded my expectations in all regards. I am looking forward to doing more businesses with this branch and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a better banking product and services.
