Great store, but the woman at the till is incredibly rude and impatient. The circle k coupons sometimes take like 5 steps to access the coupon will take a minute; Every single time she'll make comments that she's waiting on me, even when there wasn't anyone else behind me in line. There is 0 reason for her to be behaving that way besides her own bad attitude.

What a great store! You walk in and are instantly greeted! We had gone for the frosters and they offered scissors to cut my daughters straw shorter, made conversation with my son and when my husband asked for a Vuse Pod cartridge refill they gave him a free device since the vape company is rebranding! Very clean store, friendly and positive visit. We will make a point whenever we are in town to visit this location!

Horrible my partner went in to get stuff for my son he graduated his swimming class. Well he left and some A HAT knocked the drinks out of his arm and told my partner to F off. Hoping macs would be kind and replace my son's drink at least and being met with "I don't care not my problem" as a response is not customer service. I won't expect full replacement of anything but maybe a kinder response. I have worked customer service since I was 16 and I can tell you if I ever spoke to anyone that way I would have been written up. So unkind and lacking is empathy.

All employees refused to service customers & claimed the story was closed well employees claimed to be sick well sitting out of sit of cameras playing on his phone. Store was open and active but was told they were closed, explain to your poorly trained employees that if the store is closed You’re required by OSHA to turn off open signs & active machines. I will be coming back to chat with OSHA HR Reps

Prices are really expensive but that’s expected for a 24 hour store. They have a large selection of munchie items and the cashiers are always friendly. I’d recommend this store if nothing else is open late at night.

The men working at the store are very rude to female customers. They also spend a great deal of time talking on their cell phones, and don’t put their phones down to wait on customers, and continue on their phones while waiting on customers and just take your money without saying how much you owe. They just expect you to read the register. And never say thank you, or have a good day/night. It’s the only store/gas station that’s open 24/7, so if we need something late at night, I go without and go elsewhere in the morning. Their daytime staff are better, which is why I gave it the one star rating. Seriously, if you like decent customer service, go elsewhere!!!

No one is wearing the masks over their nose. Been in 3 days this week and 3 diff people all the same. Masks are mandatory and have to be worn correctly. I wont go back. The subway employees are wearing the masks correctly.

Typical convenience store with prices in line with others like 7 eleven and Avondale. Lots of grab and go products as well as day to day items. Open 24 hours a day which comes in handy when everything else is closed. Staff are friendly but can be pushy with add on items and 2 for 1 items.

I got an expired bagg of chips ate it not knowing it was expired. Couldn't sleep all night because I was stuck on the toilet. And the person that was working at that time did noting to stop me from buying a month old expired bagg of chips. Terrible. They also over charge for a bag of chips 5.00 for chips like what the heck.

The food is always sub par at best for the "fresh stuff." Meaning still selling dry and over cooked throughout the afternoon to the late night. Hasn't been a time I've gone in since they had fresh stuff and always unwilling for new stuff going odd about I'm too picky over 4 hour old fried food. What happened to our go to place!

Today is Nov 23rd. I work at 430am everyday 6 days a wk! This store for some reason 3 of last 6 days has been closed for 50 mins monday, Thursday 40mins and just now Sat morning for 25mins so far but I've had to leave yet again trying to buy my normal $30 dollars worth of lottery and smokes! I guess I'll be taking my BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! And who knows how many other ppl are being turned away and how much money your losing because. The worker wants a nap! I. Totally understand a bathroom break for 10mins but that's NOT THE CASE! VERY VERY UPSET AND THIS BUSINESS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Went in to grab $30 worth of scratch tickets. I recently turned 18 4 days ago. The dude told me (after i handed my id to him showing i was 18) that i wasn’t of age and that it was only 2003+. I’ve had many gas stations sell me tickets but for this guy it was a problem? extremely makes me mad, and clearly need to update ‘their system’.

Sign says 2 for 4.50 for Lipton iced tea. Sign says 3 for 6 for Rockstar. 6+4.50=10.50(subtotal) I can do math. Guy says I discount where it says rockstar with a negative. That was for the Rockatar. It’s not about the $2 it’s the fact they rip you off. I thought max milk stores wouldn’t do that. Guy just argued. Counting on people not to do anything about it. Screw this place.

Walked in one time around 3-4pm and the attendant was fast asleep. Couldn't wake him up. Ended up having to drive down the street to the next place. Also, the employees double-ticket alot of items. (Putting a lower price on the sticker than they actually charge at the register). I dont think anybody there realizes that's illegal. They seem to take pride in it. 5 stars if you are a thief. 2 stars if you are not.

This is now the second time this store has had signs up that stated items were a certain price. Today was redbull 4packs for $5.99. It rang in for $7.99. I can read quite well. It did not say buy 2 or more. It simply stated variety of flavors in 4 packs for 5.99. I took the sign off to show the cashier yet she still argued. Please in the future know what is going on in your store. Apologize when you are in the wrong & honour your mistakes.
