I hired sherry to do my taxes over 5 months ago. Over the course of this time numerous attempts were made to get in touch to see where my filing stood. There was numerous excuses (and repetitive excuses) as to why they hadn’t completed them yet. Always with a promise that they would be done by “x” date and that date always came and went. Unanswered emails. Unanswered calls. We set up an in person meeting which I showed up for only to find out she “couldn’t make it.” My documents were nowhere in the office. Completely unprofessional. When I advised that I hired a new accountant to take care of my business and asked for the owner to call me, she did. Instead of apologizing and taking ownership she went on to tell me that they have over “1500 clients and that this is not the way they normally conduct business.” When in fact everyone else I have talked to in town that’s used them recently have given very similar accounts. Do not waste your time and efforts hiring them. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. Spend the money on someone who will actually help you.
