This was my first experience with a payday loan from anywhere. I was kind of hesitant at first but Jamie was very open and transparent with me about the whole process. She was kind, friendly, and made me feel much more comfortable about the whole thing. She was more interested in actually helping me out as opposed to hiking up the interest or selling me on some line of credit that I knew I would regret. Overall just a great experience and if I was in the same situation again I would definitely go back.

Originally when I first got my card and loan, I totally would be rating a 5 star. But ever sense I recommend my nephew ,for a good place you have been hounding me about his loan. I have called back 3 times in the last week, to tell you my number he barrowed, is not his stop calling me and stop sending me all his loan info. Reach him through his email, so you can send him his info to even have a chance to start taking care of it. He only has wifi; not a phone number. Stop harassing me and start talking to your client you made the loan with. Thank you very much. So for now your lucky to have even 1 star.

I was very sceptical about a place like this. I was also ashamed of why i needed to ask for this kind of help for food. After i went in i was greeted with respect and did not feel the intimidation i expected. Brad took his time to explain in detail the types of services they have. I have some medical issues and really could not process all that he said so i asked if we could phone my friend Glen. No problem at all and after a quick chat with him all was ok. I left the office renewed and proud of all that was done and look forward to an ongoing process of building a great credit reference with them as time goes by. Thanks

I am a responsible capitalist. The high-risk lending market has its place. I took out multiple loans with various lenders so I could make money. But it must be done so responsibly. As a Juris Doctor and short a few credits of my MD, we take an oath: First do no harm. Look at the day trading shooting, or in more recent times the concert shooting where someone suffered serious gambling losses. I find the staff at CasghMoney and EasyFinancial are decent and do recognize risk factors and do turn away situations which can easily escalate into physical violence. If I were giving advise on how to maximize profits, avoid situations which will put you on the front page. I am happy the cost of borrowing is laid out clearly as are the repayment terms. You guys are more than happy to accept being repaid faster than required. In the old days lenders were resistent to accept being paid faster, and in fact some charter banks (no names given!) go out of their way illegally to resist being paid off early.

Absolutly terrible. The first day when I applied the woman phoned my place of work stating it was cash money to ask if I had a job and/or were to be terminated any time soon. After specifically telling me she would state she was a bank calling. Then I pay off my loan and have to wait a month after multiple inquiries to get my money back from over paying. After I get my money back I get an alert that they have opened a new loan under my name. I did not ask for a new loan, nor agree to a new one. Besides actually having the money in a time of need I will never go back to Cash Money. Also.. They say they take cheques. They don't.

Thought I would give one of these sketchy little places a try. Apparently only worth it if you want a loan you can't afford. Went in to get euros they said they would be able to get them when they went to Saskatoon the following week. Two weeks later I called and they told me they called me (which they didn't) and told me they can't get the money because it would cost them too much. Complete waste of my time and they advertise services they don't provide. They also tried to sell me loans on the phone. Will never be back.

Terrible service! We reiterated the amount to them numerous times and they still got it wrong, merely because they did not listen and pay attention. Even worse, they argued with such bad attitudes. In the end, we had to pay the transaction fee AGAIN to get 0.50 CAD in cheques. Surely you can't expect your customers to be paying for your mistakes the whole time?!

Every time I have dealt with cash money, I have always come to this location because the customer service provided is amazing. They are thorough when explaining the products they sell and are able to answer any questions and concerns I have.

Kept saying they would change my payment date. Even spoke to a manager that assured me that everything was fine and that the payment date had been changed. Showed them my bank records, pay dates, everything. Kept defaulting on a previous employers pay schedule. I went in three different times for this problem. Then I get a call from their collections dept. saying I defaulted on a payment. Had the money in my bank account, never received any notifications that a payment had bounced...When I called he said it was a “glitch” and everything was fine, the payment would go through no problem. Also received a collections letter. I was never overdue, always had the money in my account...Please fix your software and ensure your managers update profile’s correctly or advise head office of the “glitch” so people are led to believe they are behind.
