Had to leave a review before evening taking a bite. Asked for keptchup and they didn't provide, asked for pickles and I had to ask twice. Order Spicey chicken burger and got literally a tomato a piece of lettuce and chicken with what I can only call a smurf sized dash of mayo. Paid $1.89 for gravy and got 1 cm of gravy in the bottom of the dish. If I hadn't felt so completely ripped off it would have been laughable. If you're just looking for a quick Buddy Burger, they're fine. Don't bother buying sides, though - if it's a meal you're looking for, pay a couple of dollars more and go to one of the many fine restaurants. No decent meal to be had here.

This Hinton A&W location is one of the best I've been to in western Canada. The place is clean and fast. The food was fresh and well prepared. Good friendly service and clean outdoor tables. Great spot to stop on the way to or from Jasper. Next to a gas station and easy access to highway.

Stopped here before hitting the road to drive back to the states. It opens at 6:30am which is great if you want a quick to go breakfast early before hitting the road. We got the bacon and egger special for Friday which saved a good amount of money and substituted the coffee for orange juice as we are not coffee drinker. Food was good and hit the spot. There are also other daily deals which are worth checking out. We had no problems with our order or ordering. *sidenote* There was a guy before us that tried 6 different cards and none worked, and decided to say “well I guess I’ll go somewhere else” Okay, bye then! As a fellow person who has worked the food industry and retail.. threats get you nowhere. If none of your cards work, it’s most likely you, not the establishment.

I got a Veggie burger on a 7 grain bun with no sauce 4 pickles lettuce tomato and a veggie patty and it was an outstanding 5/5! I also had a sirracha sauce on the side but decided I didn't need it because it tasted so good without any overpowering gushy sauces.. I reccomend the Veggie Burger.

Ordered 2 burgers and one of them was meal, but i realized later that they overcharged me for 2 meals instead of one. Root beer was warm and no ice in it and tasted like water. Seems like they dilute the root beer on purpose and that is cheating and not fair.

Went there for breakfast. It's a very good meal with two eggs, bacon, toasts and coffee. Price is reasonable. Service is good and food portion is much better than many other places. Coffee tastes as real coffee and hv free refills. Enjoy the meal and will return.

I often visit this location and try different chicken options on the menu. Stopped there yesterday. It was one of the worst fast food joints I’ve ever seen. After we got our food we had to ask someone to clean up. There wasn’t one clean table in the place. The floor was littered with garbage and old food. The washrooms were both out-of-service. When we complained they huddled in a corner pointing fingers at us until my wife told them, “health services won’t be happy with this place” suddenly they were running around trying to clean their mess! Disgusting. I will never eat there again.

Apart from the whole menu being 20% higher than surrounding communities, which is expected, it's that way the whole town, I expect my breakfast to be consumable. It was HORRID. The all Canadian breakfast came with 2 busted over easy cold eggs, unevenly cut barely toasted toast that had NO BUTTER. I've been coming here for years and rarely complain, but as a professional cook, I'm saying something this time. DISGUSTING. If that cook worked in my shop he'd be packing his bag and have my boot print on his behind.

Slow service, gave away my order to the wrong customer, twice. Waited approx. 20 minutes for cold, soggy onion rings and a poorly made burger, not made as ordered. Come through town lots, will stick to gas station sandwhiches from now on. Disgrace to the franchise.

So disgusted!! We ended up with a half frozen hashbrown which both my husband and I touched. My husband brought back the hashbrown and the lady grabbed another hashbrown from the heat lamp and took back ours and placed back under the heat lamp. Burgers are great, fries and chicken wraps were average. Plenty of seating inside and can get a little busy at times. Don't expect it to be cheap. You are in Jasper National Park and prices will reflect it, so don't complain.

They’re clearly taking advantage of the COVID no dine in situation. We ordered 2 fish n chips Both had brown, completely dried out fish sticks from the fish n chips. They were inedible. We didn’t get any sauce with them and the “chips” aka French fries were soft and old. Totally inedible but since there’s no dine in, we weren’t going to drive back to complain/have them remake it.
