Busy, Unfriendly, bad service, refused Quebec tax checks issued by the Caisse! This is my 3rd time reviewing this bank. Only once have I had good service and it has been the exception. I went to this bank, final time, last month (June 30th 2019)., and again they refused the check from Revenue Quebec for 80$! Even though I told them it was from Revenue Quebec. Every other Bank Desjardins (actualy its a Casse) has cashed them no problem. So I am done with this branch, avoid them at all costs! I have spoken with others and they also have had terrible service.

I have dealt with the Caisse for years. Horrible service. I have so much trouble with them. Trying to get my RRSP to put into my business, they have no business asking me what I want the money for. All they want is to receive the interest money. It's my money.

But the waiting line becomes longer and longer (up to 45 minutes), and then the company removes certain counters and branches that were close to its members while the company overpay its Director (Guy Cormier) with millions. It would be fairer (as a co-op) to give back to members a little rather than overpaying senior officials. (Original) La caisse est bien située, beaucoup de stationnements, local grand, salle d'attente confortable, le conseiller hypothécaire était très gentil. Mais la ligne d'attente devient de en plus longue (jusqu'à 45 mn), et puis l'entreprise enlève certains guichets et succursales qui étaient proches de ses membres pendant que l'entreprise sur-paie son Directeur (Guy Cormier) avec des millions. Ce serait plus juste (en tant que coopérative) de redonner un peu aux membres au lieu de trop payer les hauts responsables.

Receptionist "jacky" is the worst one ever. I called and asked to be transferred to a specific employee by name. She started playing "20 questions" I thought she was going to ask my height and weight while at it. After what seemed like 5 minutes of answering her questions, I asked to be transferred to the employee''s voice-mail. She refused, saying I had to speak first to the admin assistant who would then transfer me yo voicemail. What??? Then I was put on hold and listened to music for about 5 minutes before I spoke to some one. What a Joke! This one takes her screening a little too far... not a good first impression in my opinion.

Horrible bank. On top of getting my identity stolen cause someone stole it at Desjardins. They dont bargain on Mortgage rates and never offer you a better deal. Got a smashing deal with CIBC which beated them by .45% and they assumed all of the costs of me switching banks. Desjardins is FAIL. My dealer was never prepared on calls or when writting me emails, he never understood my needs and frustrations and barely tried to keep me as a customer.

I met with a financial advisor and he was nice... But then he turned his computer screen towards me to show me something, and at the same time one of his co-worker sent him a message about me and my physical appearance on their employees chat. It was super awkward and very unprofessional. It made me feel really uneasy and even though the employee I was with apologized on behalf of the other co-worker, I now hesitate before meeting with someone there.

Not an enjoyable customer experience, Seems like the employees are just trying to pass problems to others - no one wants to take ownership. My mom has limited language skills, she visited this Desjardins branch and was turned down by the tellers and referred to her advisor. I tried to help by calling & setting up an appointment with her advisor, I was brushed off and told to go back to the tellers. J'ai dû parlé avec 4 personnes aujourd'hui pour régler le problème, mais le problème ne c'est jamais réglé. Il me demande de à la caisse (J'habite à Québec) pour mettre l'ancienne caret dans le lecteur pour réactiver le NIP? Je ne vais pas faire 5 heures de route pour cela ? Je demande à des conseillers si cela peut se faire en inter-caisses et ils n'ont pas la moindre idée ! Pourtant, j'ai déjà eu des problème avec ma carte personnelle (erreur de NIP 3 fois justement) accès D m'on réémit une carte avec un numéro ou je vais appeler et hop! Cela c'est fait en 5 minutes !
