I used to be a shift manager at this exact location. Never once did we have 10 minute waits like I just waited, even on holiday weekends. Also just overheard a woman ask which beef patty came in the burgers usually, the 6oz. Or 4oz.? The guy told her the 6oz. Does. Probably to boost sales, but he LIED. Not impressed. Also, I've seen the kitchen staff wear their hair nets so their hair is still hanging out of it. It used to be managed well, now it's pretty sad and gross.

TripleOs was very expensive and the burgers were cold and the cheese unmelted on the burger. The ketchup dispenser was broken and left for the customer to figure out. The tables were all dirty and the woman's washroom was filthy and the soap dispenser was broken,very unsanitary and when something was said to the attendant his reply was I know. Disgusting, probably will not go back to that store.

Went here just for an ice cream shake but what a mistake! Waited stuck in the drive thru for 15 min before they even took our order and because it was the drive thru we couldn't leave. No apology nothing. When on the road last thing you want is being stuck for 15 min when you have to travel a long distance. We definitely won't make the mistake of stopping at this location again. Gave 2 stars cause the shakes were good when we finally got them. It wasn't even that busy either! Obviously a shortage of staff or soemthing but needs to be rectified asap.

The service was so slow , Stay AWAY. There was only 1 employee working. He was working the kitchen, cashier for dine in and drive thru cashier. He was trying his hardest to keep up but he was clearly overwhelmed, while the owner and manager sat at a nearby table. With my order being being the 6th order on the screen, it literally took over 25 minutes of a wait time on the screen just for a single cheese burger. The restaurant was filthy. Triple O's is well worth 5 stars because the food is delicious and that will never change. However at this location they are so slow and understaffed you wait at least half an hour for your order. Food was good, but slow. Why is White Spot always slow? Used the drive in. 1 car ahead of us, with only 1 person in it. They only received a small bag. But it was so slow I turned off my engine. Food is great, staff is friendly, but they sure take the fast out of fast food. I wait anywhere between 5 minutes to 20 minutes every time I come here, and that's when there are only 2 other people ordering food in the entire building. It used to be much better, but has been routinely slow for a few months now. I could drive down the street, go to McDonald's, buy 7 meals, and drive back with time to spare at the rate these people go. If you find yourself wanting some Triple O's from Hope, think again and save yourself the time. Update: 2016-10-21, I was told there would be a wait time of 10-15 minutes for one combo, there appears to be 3 other people in the restaurant and drive through, so I don't know what the wait time is for. Everything I said in my original review still holds true to this day. My actual wait time was 13:26 after I ordered, and they forgot to give me my drink.

Ordered two meal (took 25mins in line) Got the receipt because looked extremely high, especially in comparison to other bills when we have stopped there during traveling... we paid 32.34 The receipts showed she charged for each individual item, not entering as meals to include meals. I tried explaining to this and she kept trying to tell me how she didn’t charge for one fries because she had entered the order wrong ... saving me 3.00 hahaha. I did the math, and including tax the total should have been 23.60. Being overcharged, and the employee not taking the time to re-enter it properly to correct the over charging error has just lost you our patronage.

A busy place, especially when the highway is packed, but they can keep lines moving pretty quickly. Triple O's is good quality burgers, all the White Spot flavours. My only grumble is how the buns have changed sometime in the last couple of years, in all White Spot locations. Don't get me wrong, I do love White Spot, and I know that my pout with the buns is certainly not this franchise's fault. Here's something else: since the early 2000’s this location has repeatedly been in what I consider to be the top of the Triple O's that I've been to (which is also the top of most burger joints). Usually it is months or years between visits, but each time they generally seem to do a good job preparing the burgers. So, the bun shift aside, this location is good.

We rarely go to Triple O's, but we were in Hope and drive thru's are rare out there. We felt like having a burger for lunch. 8 had the Tuesday burger special and hubby had the mushroom bacon burger with Cajun fries. The food was really good, the wait in the drive thru was not! Over half an hour we sat there! We only had two cars in front of us, but 30-40 mins wait was brutal..Once we got to the window service was friendly, kind and quick! Not sure if it was a lack of staff or what, but hopefully the work on their speed in the drive thru!

Waited in line for 20 mins, only 2 cars in front of me. Won't be stopping there again. Food wasn't even hot, especially given the wait. Disappointing!

So here's my beef for today, lol. The management asked everybody to line up to regulate the number of people entering the store (Covid). The problem is that there are 2 entrances into the store, well I guess the other is an exit, and the guy that was put in charge just does not know how to police the cheaters who see the lineup and deliberately slip around it. So in a nutshell if you are morally upright then this is not the best place to be, but if you are of other group then use the side door because you can save a lot of time. Okay I'm off my soap box now.....

Ive come here many times and seem to get amazing service quite often. Aakash was on duty, served me efficiently and courteously. He saw my fries were cold and offered me another one to make sure I was satisfied! I saw him do other things while I was there as well that really showed he cares for his customers. My go-to place for a stop in Hope!

The most outstanding encounter was the dude working at the counter, the one with the curly mustache. We took a big 6 person order with quite a few custom orders, he got it all right, had good humour and checked the tables for service (not expected from a fast food place). Food itself was good, great milkshakes. But the gas station ran out of gas lol. Bathroom was a let down though, wouldn't poop there unless I had to.

Went through the drive thru. Fish and chips with coke was 9.5 plus tax. Three pieces. Yummy. I think $15 inside? Their basic Hamburger was 3.69. Maybe only on Tuesday. Very happy. Going back. Expectations exceeded to tenth power.

On 02/12/2020 I went to this tripple’o to get a meal around 4’o clock and the guy at the drive through was really rude. I asked him about difference about two menu items and he told me that I am dumb and an idiot to ask such a silly question and I ended up not buying anything from there! If you have an option never ever go here, there are other fast food stores nearby that deserves customers than these rude people!

This has to be the busiest Triple O's at a Chevron anywhere. The staff are doing a great job. Very friendly and courteous. The number of people that went through while I was there was amazing and not one complaint. Great food and great service, win win for all

As with all triple 0 the prices are high, this locations food was not worth the price unlike other locations. They made our milkshakes but then didn't give them to us for over 15 minutes until I asked (after everyone already finished eating) and then gave us fully melted milkshakes as if that was acceptable. Slow poor service and sub-par food

Yesterday, Sunday, July 22 2018, myself and two friends were riding back to Kelowna from Vancouver Island… We did not eat anything all day except for each of us had a burger at this place in Hope at about 3 PM… All three of us at midnight last night became very very ill… Obvious food poisoning vomiting diarrhoea continuous for 16 hours… Anyways I just called to speak to the manager or supervisor to inform them that they should check their meat because obviously there’s an issue… The supervisor said to me “what do you want me to do about it… My staff ate burgers yesterday and they’re not sick so I am sceptical” Soooo, having been informed that their burgers cause at least 3 people food poisoning, their supervisor doubts my story. If you would like to vomit your guts out and have diarrhea through the eye of a needle, by all means stop by.

Waited for 20 mins while people who ordered after me had their order filled. As they didn't call out ticket numbers it was immediately apparent that was happening. When they finally did start calling numbers, 4 groups had already been filled ahead of my order. I then told them they skipped my order, but they still filled 3 more orders before mine was ready as they didn't have any of it available. So don't plan on getting your food swiftly if you are going in by yourself. They will skip you and then when you do get your order, they won't apologize or offer a discount or any compensation.
