I paid the office a visit this morning. I wanted to open an account. I didn't like the way the teller talked to me. She made prejudices statement & questions about me. Ex 1: Are you new to Canada ? Ex 2: I can tell that you have an ascent.................................................................. . I don't recall her name but she is a Caucasian woman with dental braces. She has bad attitude. I lost interest in opening the account.

My husband and I opened an account here and the staff are amazing!!!! You don't feel like another number. We even got a hand written card in the mail welcoming us. Looking forward to banking here. Thank you
