Outstanding experience! Robert was incredible to work with throughout the mortgage process from the preapproval to completion. He took the time to listen to my specific financial situation and was able to help me in ways that my banking institution was not. Given that my purchased home is in Ontario but I reside in the Northwest Territories, the process can get a bit difficult. Robert really alleviated so much of the stress. I appreciated the great lengths of time he spent discussing the mortgage with me over the phone and his patience in ensuring that I understood everything thoroughly (first time home buyer).
