I called to make an appointment to get information and open an education fund for my daughter, and the representative told me I should call the PC banking line and talk to them as the phone representatives were more knowledgeable on RESPs. When I called the number, they informed me that they are not able to open RESPs over the phone, I would have to go to a pavilion. I will not be visiting this pavilion to open the account now, thanks to the representative a) wasting my time, and b) telling me they aren't very knowledgeable.

Very helpful staff both throughout the day and after 5 pm. Regular manager goes to bat for customers in providing the latest rates and terms for mortgages. Very knowledgeable about the need to keep customers' status current and informed in case an attractive home purchase is presented. Recommend staff and services highly. Only constructive criticism - to transfer $s to my daughter in Halifax, I had to deposit cash into machine at pavilion, wait 4 working days and then return to pavilion in order to transfer funds to my daughter's PC account in Halifax. I know it can be done on line, but I am not comfortable using that option. Otherwise, very satisfied with service and rates, etc.

Im pretty close to closing the account. Customer service is thru a system of loops that preps you to leave messages but then disconnects you. Theyre refusing to protect a fraudulent purchase even though I flagged it to them in a short amount of time. Im reporting the fraud to cyber crime and ramp as well as letting you all know that pc financial doesn't protect you or your purchases and its a fight to get anyone to listen.

Wanted to get a PC MasterCard. Got approved and went down to verify my ID. Everything went wrong. The guy working didn't submit it after I drove in from out of town and then got told so much wrong info from the PC call center. Went back to verify my ID again and the person had no access to anything and couldn't help after I drove in again. The call center was of no help again. Worst experience.

Had an account with PC Financial for a few years now and they have lowered my credit limit without any notice by mail or phone. I contacted them about it and they said it was because of my credit history. My credit history is flawless, never a late payment or missed payment. I have paid my balance with PC in full again and will not shop at Superstore anymore and am shredding my PC Mastercard. Poor Customer Service and Relations.

No person in for months with no info on when someone will be in. I know there's stuff going on but a single phone call or email letting staff know when/if you're ever coming back would be nice.

Myself and my partner were approached while shopping at Canadian Superstore. The agent who signed us up made us believe we were joining a points scheme for RCS shoppers. Only when the card arrived did we realise it was a credit card from PC. No mention of this or any interest rates when we signed up!! Needless to say we will NOT be using this.
